This was pretty good and can be true with exercise for any sport. You can neglect movements that you don't enjoy but you just need to realize the statement below is so true…..Somewhere, someone is warming up with your max weight. This can also be applied and I am sure you have heard this in CrossFit, your workout is our warm-up. Many people think this is just a funny punchline that us “crazy” CrossFitters use to further support our “elitist” attitude. However, they don't find it funny anymore when they do their first CrossFit class and realize after finishing the warm-up and being totally crushed, that we weren't kidding, our warm-up IS their workout. Don't forget to keep punishing your weaknesses! Stay motivated and train hard!
