Attitude

You all know me by now….I am a sucker for any motivation I can find to get people to stay positive and I couldn't help but post this. This is amazing, I have always had so much respect for how strong people can be, not only on the outside, but on the inside. As always, keep it in perspective guys. It is so easy for all of us to get caught up in the frustration of not being able to do Double-Unders or Muscle-Ups or anything else we struggle with on a daily basis within CrossFit. The solution is to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and work at getting better. Have a purpose, don't just mope around and do the WOD, attack it, everyday you come into the box.
