I saw this picture today and thought it was perfect. The amount of times that I hear people tell me that they would love to do CrossFit but they don't want to get “too bulky” is too many to count. The best part about this is that those same people will make no effort to change their diet and have no problem with gaining weight because of it. The truth is, and always will be, CrossFit will not make you bulky, eating garbage WILL make you bulky. In my opinion, this statement is used as a crutch to avoid hard work. People can justify it in their head and that is all that matters to them. Don't use this as an excuse not to workout, be proud of how you fit you are what your capable of doing. Ask yourself simple questions like, “Would you rather be skinny with no muscle tone and not have the ability to jump on a 12″ or 20″ box or do a pullup or a strict pushup?” Or would you rather have some muscle tone, be able to run and jump, chase your kids without having an “asthma attack” (No, odds are you don't have “exercise enduced asthma”….you have a very “curable” and common disease called, “haven't exercised in years and currently in the process of wasting years off your life with lazyness…) Time to start taking control of your health and fitness and I have some news for you, it starts with SQUATTING. Press the “I Believe” button for a month and I dare you to tell me you don't feel better about yourself.
