I can't stress enough how easy it is to find different progressions online to watch. We cover lots of different movements throughout a class here at Vitality. I totally get that by the time you get home, it can be a struggle to remember what the progression was for a particular movement. Use the CrossFit Journal as a tool to help nail these progressions so that when we go over them in class, your one step ahead. You can access the journal here.
