Guys, the Open will kick off in less than one week. I wanted to layout a quick and easy guide for how this will work here at Vitality.
Step 1: Sign up for the Open here.
Step 2: Make sure you are signed up under CrossFit Vitality
Step 3: Every Friday night at 5pm throughout the Open, we encourage everyone to come in and suffer through the workout as a community. This will be our 5th year hosting “Friday Night Lights” and it is an awesome experience. This has been amazing in the past and I am expecting it to be even bigger and better this year. Starts THIS FRIDAY @ 5pm!
Step 4: For every excuse that is going through your mind on whey you “can’t” sign up for the Open…..do 10 burpees….then refer back to Step 1.
The Open is scalable to ALL fitness levels, just because you can’t do every workout as prescribed, it doesn’t mean you can’t do the Open.
I am hoping we can get 100 people signed up for the Open, we are about 40 away from our goal…..Get Signed up TODAY!
