Hey Vitality, there will be a Garage Games Masters Tour hosted by CrossFit Unite on September 13th. Lets get a big group and head over there for the competition. The age groups are:
35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50-54 / 55-59 / 60+
I think this is a great time for our athletes to get out and test their fitness. Vitality has a huge group that falls within these age divisions and it’s always nice to be able to compare apples to apples. Many of you are constantly comparing your results to athletes 10-15 years younger than you, now is your chance to be able to compare scores on a level playing field. As always, the event’s purpose is to have some fun and get the CrossFit Communities together, but it’s always nice to be able to see where we stack up and to step outside of our comfort zone for a few hours.
Here are the workouts for the event. What I would like to do is find out who is going to sign up for this and then get everyone together on a Thursday evening to talk about the workouts and answer any questions you have about them.
