Ryan Horn

CrossFit Coach
8 Years Experience

My goal is to help folks push outside
of their norm and strive for their best result

s a youth, Ryan showed great promise… just not as an athlete or student. It was not until he was bit by a spider that Ryan’s true superpower would begin to manifest – his ability to write about himself in the third person. This allowed Ryan to trumpet all of his accomplishments – no matter how minor – with great gusto without making it seem as if he was consumed only with himself.

As the longest tenured member of the Vitality family not named Pinkerton, Ryan started as an athlete in the original garage gym. After joining the coaching staff in 2012, Ryan proved to be someone that could be replaced easily, but since he was already showing most days – why bother?

When he is not at the gym, Ryan often travels to NASCAR events around the country working on the national radio broadcasts for the Motor Racing Network.

Member Testimonials:

“Ryan, is definitely one of the coaches at Vitality.” – One member

“When I see Ryan is coaching the classes I attend, I wouldn’t say I regret my decision to show up that day but it’s not like it makes me happy.” – another member

“For as handsome as he is, he doesn’t have much hair.” – Most women

(PS – I do really enjoy working with the athletes at Vitality. My goal is to help folks push outside of their norm and strive for their best result.)
