My name is Jess Pinkerton
and my passion is fitness and nutrition.
Being in the fitness industry for over a decade, I have definitely learned the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal health, performance and body composition.
I have personally gone from a standard low fat diet filled with processed foods and diet soda to a whole foods Paleo diet to my current low carb, high fat Ketogenic diet. And each step of the way I have felt and performed better. I am a nerd when if comes to learning the science behind nutrition and I strive to stay on top of the latest research in a constantly progressing field. I use this knowledge to design nutrition programs for my clients who range from CrossFit athletes to sedentary individuals to high school students.

This includes an InBody scan and based on the results and your goals and activity level, I will provide the customized macros (protein, carbs, fat) and total calories to get you there
