We are 1 week into the paleo challenge and it is great to hear the stories of self-discipline from everyone at the box! People being tempted by their old bad food habits and not giving in. That is the first step to this, understand that you have a choice when it comes to food and don't give into the temptation. Unfortunately, I wish I had good news, but it will get worse before it gets better. Probably in the vicinity of 2 more weeks before you are out of the woods and the cravings will stop. You have already done the hardest part and that is making the choice to begin the challenge, don't throw in the towel, stay strong and it will be over before you know it!
