CrossFit Kids & Teen Program

The CrossFit Kids & Teen Program at Vitality is ran in 6-week sessions. This program is open to children ages 4 -12 years old. Class times are the same for all, but children will be divided into age appropriate groups. We want to challenge and encourage the kids, but not overwhelm them with movements beyond their ability. We will teach your child new skills and see improvements in their fitness, but our priority with the CrossFit Kids program is showing kids that fitness is and can be fun!


Tuesday: 4:00 pm – 4:45 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 10:45 am


1 day per week: $100 per child

2 day per week:
$185 for the first child
$150 for second child, $100 for third

Top Teen Program

Our Top Teen Program is an opportunity for athletes, ages 12-17, to focus on strength and conditioning. The main focus of this program will be to develop your kids for any sport they are involved in. There will be a heavy emphasis on building a strong foundation of fitness through development of core strength, mobility, and coordination, with additional skills such as speed and agility work and olympic lifting. We feel strongly that creating the right atmosphere is one of the key components to having a successful training program. Our goal is to get motivated and positive athletes that are looking to not only gain competence within their fitness, but also in developing communication and teamwork. A key component to any successful training program is that it must involve the feeling of discomfort. We will scale the intensity for each individual, but every day they will be getting more comfortable with being uncomfortable and that is something that very few young athletes are getting exposed to.

With our Teen program, we prioritize safety of movement, as well as consistent demonstration of proper technique and mechanics.
