1.Were you active prior to CrossFit?
I was sick a lot – bad sinus infections. I tried to stay active but was never consistent.

About 3 ½ years ago – when I joined Vitality

I loved it! Hooked!

The variation

Any endurance – especially running
8. What kind of nutrition plan do you follow and has that changed since you started CrossFit?
I try to stay 80% Paleo. I still have a real sweet tooth but am much more aware of what I am putting into my body.
9. Talk about your results from doing CrossFit.
Results are great! I feel like I am taking control – and I love it!!
