DIP AND PAUSE FOR 2 SEC, EXPLODE INTO JERK AND HOLD THE CATCH FOR 2 SEC BEFORE STANDING. THE DIP POSITION AND CATCH POSITION SHOULD FEEL NEARLY IDENTICAL.
